Surgical Group Nutrition Times:

3/7/17- 2:45-4:00, 3/16/17- 8:45-10:00, 3/21/17- 11:45-1:00, & 3/30/17- 2:45-4:00

***Please make sure you have at least one visit per month for continuity of your program***

Surgical Support Group Times:

3/8/17- 5:30 pm & 3/22/17- 5:30 pm

Free Surgical Information Seminar Times:

3/6/17, 3/14/17, 3/20/17, & 3/27/17- 1:00 (located in Bariatric Conference room in Barrett Bldg on 2nd floor). The insurance & clinical requirements of our surgical bariatric program will be discussed.

***Please note***… starting in March, we will be inviting the surgeons to speak at these seminars & the schedule will change slightly. Here is a sample of how the seminars will be scheduled & what will be discussed starting in March:

1st Monday @ 1:00- Dr. Zarif will speak about the sleeve & bypass surgeries & then Angela will speak about insurance & clinical requirements of our surgical bariatric program.

2nd Tuesday @ 1:00- Dr. Zhong will speak about the sleeve & bypass surgeries & then Angela will speak about insurance & clinical requirements of our surgical bariatric program.

3rd & 4th Mondays @ 1:00 Angela will speak about insurance & clinical requirements of our surgical bariatric program.

Non-Surgical Support Group Times:

Tuesday evenings (3/7/17, 3/14/17, 3/21/17, & 3/28/17) @ 5:00 pm

Wednesday afternoons (3/8/17, 3/15/17, 3/22/17, & 3/29/17) @ 12:00 noon

Free Non-Surgical Information Seminar Times:

3/7/17, & 3/21/17- 1:00 pm (located in Bariatric Conference room in Barrett Bldg. on 2nd floor). The insurance & clinical requirements of our non-surgical bariatric program are discussed.
