Oswaldo Nicastro, M.D.Oswaldo Nicastro, M.D.

Oswaldo Nicastro, MD, joined Atlantic General Health System in 2017 from St. Francis Healthcare in Wilmington, Delaware, where he was medical director of outpatient family medicine and charity services for nine years. He completed a residency at St. Francis Family Practice in Wilmington, Delaware and obtained his medical degree from University of Guadalajara in Mexico. He is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians and is board certified in family medicine. Dr. Nicastro is bilingual in English and Spanish. Kathleen Morris, DNP, FNP-C

Kathleen Morris, DNP, FNP-C, joined Atlantic General Health System in 2019 to provide primary care. For 11 years, Kathleen worked in Atlantic General Hospital’s medical/surgical and intensive care units where she provided patient care, and trained and supervised other nurses in her roles as charge nurse and preceptor. Kathleen earned her bachelor of science in nursing from Wilmington University in 2014 and continued her studies with a master’s degree in leadership and education in nursing followed by her family nurse practitioner degree. Most recently, she earned a doctor of nursing practice from Wilmington University. Kathleen is a member of the American Nurses Association and the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing.

Craig Johnson, PA-C

Craig Johnson, PA-C is a board-certified physician assistant, with a specialty in geriatrics. After receiving a bachelor’s degree from Towson University, Craig completed his PA program in Baltimore and received a Master of Physicians Assistant Studies from the University of Nebraska. Prior to joining Atlantic General Health System in 2008, he worked at Johns Hopkins Bayview Division of Geriatrics for seven years as well as at Berlin Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in sub-acute rehab as their Director of Palliative Care. Craig provides care at Atlantic General Primary Care, in Ocean Pines, as well as making house calls and visits to assisted living facilities to care for his patients as needed.

Allison Pusey, FNP

Allison Pusey, FNP, joined Atlantic General Health System in March of 2023 to provide primary care services to the Ocean Pines community. Pusey was born and raised in Worcester County and began providing patient care in 2014, when she joined Atlantic General Hospital as a nurse technician and began working on her nursing education. She is a recipient of Atlantic General’s Barrett Nursing Scholarship and earned her associate’s in nursing from Wor-Wic Community College and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Wilmington University while working at the hospital.

Pusey has been active in the Showell Volunteer Fire Department since 2010, most recently serving as vice president of their auxiliary. In May of 2022, she completed her Master of Science in family nurse practitioner studies at Wilmington University and is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.

She lives in Bishopville, Md., with her husband and daughter. She is currently providing care at Atlantic General Primary Care in Ocean Pines and will transition her practice to the Gudelsky Family Medical Center on Racetrack Road when construction is complete.
