Peter CostantiniPeter Costantini, D.O.

Dr. Costantini has been providing pulmonary and intensivist care for nearly 35 years. Prior to joining Atlantic General, he was the director of the Medical/Surgical Intensive Care Unit and the Respiratory Care Department at Shore Medical Center in Somers Point, N.J. He is board certified in internal medicine with certificates in medical diseases of the chest and in critical care, and is a diplomat of the National Board of Examiners for Osteopathic Physicians and Surgeons.

Dr. Costantini received his medical degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed his residency and a fellowship in pulmonary medicine at Kennedy Memorial Hospital, University Medical Center, in Stratford, N.J.

Dr. Anthony Perella

Anthony Perella, M.D.

Dr. Anthony Perella completed a Pulmonary and Critical Care Fellowship and his residency in internal medicine at Cooper University Hospital through the Robert Wood Johnson Medical School in Camden, N.J. Perella is a member of the American College of Chest Physicians, the Society of Critical Medicine, and the American College of Physicians. He is board certified in internal medicine and pulmonology and is board eligible for critical care and sleep medicine. He is currently accepting new pulmonology patients. Dr. Perella sees patients in the Berlin, Maryland office on Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays.

/Jeremy Gill, MD

Jeremy Gill, MD, joined AGHS from Sentara Martha Jefferson Hospital’s neurosciences division in Charlottesville, Va. He received his doctor of medicine from University of Maryland School of Medicine after earning a bachelor’s degree in behavioral neuroscience at Lehigh University in Bethlehem, Pa. Gill completed his neurology residency at University of Massachusetts Memorial Health Center (UMMHC) in Worcester, Mass., where he served as chief resident of neurology 2008 to 2009. He then continued his training at UMMHC with a fellowship in clinical neurophysiology.
