The Atlantic General Hospital Foundation’s 17th Annual Fall Golf Classic will be held Thursday, September 30, 2010 on the beautiful Newport Bay and Seaside golf courses at Ocean City Golf Club.
Two formats are available:
· Best Ball (Newport Bay course)
· Scramble Division (Seaside course)
Sponsorship levels:
Gold Sponsorship ($5,000)
• Sponsor will be introduced at the post-tournament dinner
• Listing in the golf brochure
• Prominent positioning of corporate logo on Golf Classic pages of web site
• Inclusion in press releases and post tournament display ad
• Four invitations to play in the Golf Classic ($1,000 value)
• Opportunity to provide product sampling for golfer goody bags
Silver Sponsorship ($3,500)
• Sponsor will be introduced at the post-tournament dinner
• Listing in the golf brochure
• Prominent positioning of corporate logo on Golf Classic pages of web site
• Inclusion in press releases and post tournament display ad
• Opportunity to provide product sampling for golfer goody bags
• Two invitations to play in the Golf Classic ($500 value)
Bronze Sponsorship ($1,500)
• Listing in the golf brochure

• Invitation to dinner and introduction

Lunch Sponsor ($3,000)
· Sponsor name will be prominently displayed on the luncheon buffet table and will appear in all our media press releases and mailings.
· Name will be announced at the awards banquet and included on the program
Seaside Cart/Green Fees Sponsor ($3,000)
• Sponsor name will be displayed in all golf carts on this course
• Sponsor name will also appear in media releases and in mailings
Newport Bay Hospitality Cart Sponsor ($2,500):
· Sponsor name will appear on cart and at the hole-in-one refreshment stand
· A company representative is invited to ride in the cart on event day
Team Sponsorship ($1,000)
• Four golf entries
Tee Sponsorship ($150)
• Sponsor name will be placed on a sign at one of the tees and will appear in the event program.
In-Kind Donations
• Prizes for various contest are needed (such as gift certificates, golf balls with your logo, etc.)
