Emergency Preparedness Tips:

Frequently, disasters and other emergencies occur with little or no warning.

The best way to mitigate thier effects is to make preparations before a disaster occurs.

You can begin preparing by creating a Disaster Supply Kit containing :

  • Bottled water
  • Dried and canned food 
  • Personal care items
  • Medications
  • Battery operated flashlight and radio
  • Cash
  • Sleeping bags or blankets
  • Pet food
  • Store important documents in a waterproof pouch
