Nicki Akstinas, CRNP

Nicki Akstinas, CRNP, completed her nurse practitioner studies through Harbor/UCLA Medical Center in Torrance Ca., in 2005, and she brings more than 35 years of GYN nursing experience to her patients. She specializes in family planning. Ms. Akstinas has her nurse practitioner certification through the National Certification Corporation. Fluent in Spanish, she also holds a certification from the state of California for bilingual medical terminology.

Lisa Bayles, DNP, CRNP, RN, MSN

Lisa Bayles has been serving as a nurse practitioner and specializing in women’s health in Worcester County for over 20 years. Her focus is in gynecological services for adolescents, adults and geriatric patients. Bayles received her medical education at Salisbury University and training at Planned Parenthood of Maryland/University of Pennsylvania and Salisbury University. She is a member of the American Society for Colposcopy and Cervical Pathology and trained as a nurse colposcopist.

Kevin J. Lee, MD, MSPH, FACOG

Dr. Kevin J. Lee recently joined Atlantic General Health System’s Women’s Health team. He completed a fellowship in gynecologic endoscopy at MedStar Washington Hospital Center in Washington, DC. and was chief resident in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Meharry Medical College/Nashville General Hospital in Nashville, TN. Dr. Lee is skilled in hysteroscopy, laparoscopic surgery, evaluation and treatment of fibroids, heavy bleeding, endometriosis, pelvic pain, urinary incontinence, and other common problems concerning the female reproductive system. He is also a superuser and early adopter of a simple 3 minute office procedure called Endosee, which allows him to look inside the uterus during a patient visit to help diagnose bleeding problems. He is board certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Dr. Lee is passionate about caring for the underserved, including individuals with low health literacy, minorities and the LGBT community.

Brandi Musselman, M.D.

Dr. Brandi Musselman joined Atlantic General Health System in 2015 after serving as an instructor in obstetrics and gynecology and completing a fellowship in Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery at Drexel University College of Medicine in Philadelphia. She obtained her medical degree at Drexel and completed her residency at Hahnemann University Hospital. Dr. Musselman is a member of the American Association of Gynecologic Laparoscopists and American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology. She specializes in treating women with pelvic pain, menstrual disorders, post-menopausal bleeding and pelvic masses such as fibroids, and offers the option of office-based procedures for some treatments.

Dr. Musselman provides patient consultations and treatment at Atlantic General Women’s Health in Selbyville, Delaware, in additional to performing minor surgical procedures at the Atlantic General Women’s Health Center in West Ocean City.

Christine Neto, M.D., F.A.C.O.G

Dr. Christine Neto, a board-certified OB/GYN with 20 years of experience, provides gynecologic services at Atlantic General Health System’s Ocean Pines Primary Care and Women’s Health office and Pocomoke Medical Center. Neto practiced in Salisbury for 9 years prior to joining Atlantic General Women's Health, and has served on various committees at Atlantic General Hospital and Peninsula Regional Medical Center. A resident of the Eastern Shore for over 15 years, she graduated from the State University of New York at Stony Brook School of Medicine and completed her residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Maryland General Hospital in Baltimore.

Dr. Neto provides care at Atlantic General Women’s Health Center in West Ocean City as well as Atlantic General Primary and Specialty Care in Pocomoke.
