There are different types of Sleep Studies that the Center can perform based on your needs. The information below includes links to important documents you may need to fill out before your scheduled appointment. Traditional on-site Sleep Study - this packet is provided to the patient once a Sleep Study has been scheduled. It provides tips and the Pre-test Instructions. Multiple Sleep Latency Test (MSLT) - a nap study. At-home Sleep Study - allowing the patient the ability to participate in a Sleep Study in the comfort of their own home and own bed. Split Night Sleep Study - allowing the Sleep Center to track your sleep patterns without a CPAP mask first, then with one to determine the right level of air pressure that will prevent the collapse of your upper airway, eliminating pauses in your breathing while you sleep.
