Roopa Gupta, M.D. and Rabindra Paul, M.D. specialize in the oncology and
hematology services that we provide. Dr. Gupta's experience includes
time spent at Harvard Medical School Division of Aging for a geriatric
fellowship. She also spent time at the National Cancer Institute at NIH
for a hematology / oncology fellowship. During this time, she researched
rare cancers and lung cancer. Dr. Paul is Board Certified by the American
Board of Infectious Diseases, Internal Medicine, Hematology, and Medical
Oncology. Manoj Jain, M.D. specializes in radiation oncology. Dr. Jain's
experience includes time spent at the New York Medical College in Valhalla
New York where he completed his degree and his specialty training in radiation
oncology at the Mount Sinai Hospital. Together, they form a strong team,
approaching cancer treatment tailored to your individual needs.
Rabindra Paul, M.D.
Dr. Paul brings a wealth of training and experience to his role as head
of the John H. ‘Jack’ Burbage, Jr. Regional Cancer Care Center.
His prior positions include fellowships in hematology and medical oncology
at Howard University Hospital in Washington, DC, and in infectious diseases
at Kansas University Medical Center in Kansas City, KS. Dr. Paul received
his medical degree at Mymensingh Medical College in Bangladesh, followed
by residencies in Bangladesh (medicine and surgery), Zambia (pediatrics)
and the United States (internal medicine at the Weill Medical College
of Cornell University in New York). He has specialized in breast, GU,
GI and hematologic malignancies as well as treatment of infections in
oncology patients. Dr. Paul is the author of articles and papers published
in peer-reviewed journals covering topics such as leukemia, prostate cancer,
Kaposi sarcoma, and sickle cell disease. He is a member of the American
Society of Clinical Oncology, the American Society of Hematology, the
Infectious Diseases Society of America and the American College of Physicians.
Dr. Paul is board-certified in medical oncology and hematology, infectious
diseases and internal medicine. Prior to joining AGH, he spent two years
in private practice in Washington, DC.

Roopa Gupta, M.D.
Dr. Gupta is a highly trained and experienced physician with active involvement
in both hospitals and medical practices. Her education and background
includes fellowships in hematology and oncology at the National Cancer
Institute of the National Institutes of Health in Bethesda, MD, and in
geriatrics at Harvard Medical School’s Division of Aging. Dr. Gupta
received her medical and surgical degree at the University of Assam’s
Silchar Medical College in India, followed by a residency in internal
medicine at the Boston University School of Medicine. She is board-certified
in internal medicine and medical oncology. She is a member of the American
College of Physicians, the American Medical Association, the American
Society of Clinical Oncology and the American Geriatrics Society. Dr.
Gupta prides herself in providing cutting-edge care in a very personalized
manner. She is a proponent of cancer screening, early detection, quality

Manoj Jain, M.D.
Dr. Jain is a board-certified radiation oncologist with nearly fifteen
years of experience practicing radiation oncology on Maryland’s
Eastern Shore. He received his medical degree from New York Medical College
in Valhalla, NY and completed his specialty training in radiation oncology
at Mount Sinai Hospital in New York. Dr. Jain has worked with many specialists
to provide highly individualized, state-of-the-art treatment for many
different types of cancers including prostate, breast, lung, and head
and neck cancers. He has worked extensively with the man-to-man prostate
cancer support group and breast cancer support groups to promote the most
advanced forms of treatment for these cancers. His commitment to using
the latest scientific data to treat cancer patients has led to the organization
of a multi-disciplinary cancer conference at Atlantic General Hospital,
where he also serves as the chairman of the Cancer Review Committee. Dr.

Cindy Elliot, Oncology Nurse Navigator
Cindy Elliott, RN, already had more than 17 years of oncology nursing experience
when she joined the Regional Cancer Care Center in November of 2014. As
the Oncology Nurse Navigator for all patients of the RCCC, she guides
our patients through their cancer journey starting with their first visit
with Dr. Paul or Dr. Gupta. Cindy is passionate about advocating for her
patients and skilled at knowing where the greatest need is for her patients.
Every patient is on their own individual journey and as an Oncology Nurse
Navigator, Cindy becomes their guide for that journey. Whether she's
educating patients about their cancer or coordinating additional testing,
Cindy works to remove barriers for her patients. Cindy also works with
Women Supporting Women as one of the leaders of our Breast Cancer Support Group.
Katie Collingsworth, Patient Financial Counselor
Katie Collingsworth joined the staff of the Regional Cancer Care Center
in August of 2016. She joined our team with more than 10 years of Oncology
experience. She has completed a medical billing and coding program and
is very knowledgeable with our ever changing medical field. Katie provides
many services to our patients. She works with insurance companies to obtain
prior authorizations, enroll patients in manufacturer co-pay assistant
programs, and guides patients to local resources to help alleviate financial burdens.
A cancer diagnosis can come with many overwhelming barriers, finances being
at the top of list for most patients. Katie meets with every new patient
to reassure them that during this difficult time she is here to help and
that their financial or insurance situation will not determine their level of care.
As the financial counselor at RCCC, Katie comes with an open door policy
and always has time to speak with our patients and their caregivers about
questions or concerns that may come up.
Jami Geise Citrano, LMT
Oncology massage, Reflexology and Reiki to patients in the Regional Cancer Care Center. She is a Licensed Massage
therapist with over 12 years of experience. She received her massage degree
at the Muscular Therapy Institute, in Cambridge MA, and went on to finish
her Associates Degree at Wor-Wic Community College. She has earned numerous
certifications in a wide range of modalities. Jami's diverse background
allows her to provide an accurate assessment of the patient; mind, body
and spirit. Through this assessment she strives to deliver the perfect
combination of education, motivation and services designed to nurture,
encourage healing and balance. She maintains a busy private practice in
Berlin MD, but her passion is oncology massage. She has become an important
