Fill out the form below to send a personal eCard message to your loved one that is currently a patient at Atlantic General Hospitall. Our free patient eCard service allows you to stay in touch and offer words of support and encouragement to your family member or friend during their hospitalization.
Messages will be personally delivered to patients between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday by our hospital volunteers.
To protect patient privacy and confidentiality, we do not release the names of our patients. Though we will strive to maintain the confidentiality of all messages, please note that every eCard is reviewed by the hospital before it is delivered; therefore, they should not contain any private or confidential material. Atlantic General Hospital reserves the right to refuse delivery of any eCard deemed inappropriate.
