Women's Health Practitioner Joins Ocean Pines Practice

Nicki Akstinas, CRNP, recently joined Christine Neto, M.D., at the Ocean Pines Primary Care and Women’s Health office to provide gynecology care to area women. Akstinas completed her nurse practitioner studies through Harbor/UCLA Medical Center in Torrence Ca. in 2005, and she brings 35 years of GYN nursing experience to her patients. She is specialized in diabetes education, family planning and cervical colposcopy and biopsy. Akstinas has her nurse practitioner certification through the National Certification Corporation. Fluent in Spanish, she also holds a certification from the state of California for bilingual medical terminology.
