Atlantic General Hospital introduces three new classes this fall to nurture the spirit and aid the healing of the mind, body and soul. Experienced motivational speaker, guided imagery coach and journaling instructor Meeta Carda, R.M., will conduct the classes.
Mandala Art for Personal Healing
Thursdays, beginning September 20

Cost: free intro class on September 20 that includes supplies; following 10 classes are $15 per class with an additional fee if using class supplies
Learn how to integrate art with psychology, philosophy, science and spirituality to discover your innate gifts of creativity, spirituality, and wholeness. Art therapists have shown that the circle and symbolic patterns in mandalas play a healing role in patients with life-threatening diseases.
Life’s Holy Face Unveiled in Journaling
Sundays, September 23, October 7, October 21, and November 4

Cost: $15 per class; $50 for all 4 classes
Join the gentle and fun experience of identifying and using a unique process of self-inquiry to expand your awareness and understanding of who you really are. Writing how-tos are presented and inspiring starter topics are shared to encourage self-expression.
Using Therapeutic Essential Oils for Health
Wednesday, September 26 – October 24
7 p.m. – 8:30 p.m.

Cost: $10 per class; all 5 classes for $40
Class focuses on understanding how essential oils can affect emotional patterns and learning how to create safe use of this therapeutic tool to encourage health, healing and wholeness. The introductory class can be taken alone, but it is recommended that the remaining classes in the series be taken together.
