JOB DESCRIPTION:

| The Family Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant in the clinical setting is responsible for providing primary care for acute and chronic illnesses to all ages in collaboration with the written agreement of the physician as needed. |
QUALIFICATIONS:

| The Family Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant must have a current state license and must be certified by the American Heart Association for CPR. |
