General Hospital in support of the $10,000,000
Atlantic General Campaign for the Future, which is the philanthropic community support that will allow Atlantic General
to complete $35,000,000 in capital projects.
With philanthropic community support
– YOU CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE!
SUNDAY, OCTOBER 7th
4:30 – 8:00 pm
The Barn at Smokey Hollow
37632 Lake Ridge Drive
An authentic Nashville style BBQ will be served with open bar and live
Jimmy Charles Trio with
“Country Glam” attire.
To date, the Foundation has received over $6,248,000 in grants, pledges
and commitments toward our $10,000,000 goal. Some details of our progress
have been in the news and social media throughout the year, including
the openings of the newWomen’s Health Care Center in West Ocean City and most recently, the
John H. “Jack” Burbage, Jr. Regional Cancer Care Center on Atlantic General’s main campus in Berlin.
These are huge achievements, but there is a great deal more involved in
the Campaign. Upgrades are planned for every major section of the hospital.
The other projects included in the Campaign are the
modernization of the
inpatient care center,
expansion of the emergency department and
modernization of the surgical facilities. The plans for the upgrades to these areas are both exciting and impressive.
TO BE SUCCESSFUL,
WE NEED THE SUPPORT OF EVERYONE IN THE COMMUNITY. OUR COMMUNITY HOSPITAL
WILL NEED FINANCIAL SUPPORT FROM EACH RESIDENT, BUSINESS AND VISITOR AS
THESE PROJECTS WILL NOT ONLY BENEFIT ALL OF US, BUT WILL BE A LASTING
GIFT TO OUR CHILDREN AND FUTURE GENERATIONS.
WITH THE FLEXIBILITY TO SPREAD A COMMITMENT OUT OVER FIVE YEARS, WE WANT
TO MAKE IT POSSIBLE FOR EVERYONE TO SUPPORT THIS VITAL CAMPAIGN.
