Hello Everyone...

Happy Halloween & Early Thanksgiving! We are getting ready for the holidays here in the office. Please come attend one of our support groups this month to help keep you on track & help you stay focused on your weight loss goals. Below is our schedule for Group Nutrition & Support Groups:

Group Nutrition Classes- (Required for our Surgical Patients)

11/3/15 (Amy) - 2:45-4:00, 11/12/15 (Amanda) - 8:45-10:00, 11/17/15 (Amy) - 11:45-1:00, & Tentatively 11/19/15 (Amanda) - Time TBD (This will replace the Group Class scheduled for Thanksgiving day!)

Surgical Support Group Classes-

11/11/15 (Jenn) & 11/25/15 (Amanda)- 5:30-6:30 (both days)

Non-Surgical Support Group Classes for our New Direction Patients-

11/3/15 (Amy), 11/10/15 (Angela), 11/17/15 (Amy), & 11/24/15 (Jenn)- 5:00-5:30
