Friday, August 1
Living Well Lay Leader Training
The Woodlands; 9 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
Free training for individuals who want to be Chronic Disease Self-Management Leaders. The program is designed to give the leaders the skills to manage their own chronic conditions as well as be able to facilitate a Living Well workshop. Saturday, August 2
Jolly Roger Day
Jolly Roger Amusement Park & Splash Mountain Water Park; 10 a.m. – 6 p.m.
Purchase reduced tickets for full admission as well as unlimited miniature golf (Speed World not included). $25 per ticket (children 2 and younger are free). Energy Class

The medical field is finding scientific proof that our energy level plays a large role in our ability to heal from illness or injury and can enhance our overall sense of well-being. These monthly energy classes will raise your awareness of how energy is affecting you and give you ways to bring your energy back in balance. Facilitated by Diane Armstrong.
