AGH Smoking Cessation Program

This is a free seven-week smoking cessation class followed by 5 weeks of support group sessions. It is being offered in conjunction with Worcester County Health Department. Class #5 is titled “Stress Busters.” For more information, call Dawn Denton at 410-641-9268.

This four-session class covers techniques that can be used to manage stress and guides participants through hypnosis to reduce stress in their own lives. Presented by Karen Shipman, LCSW-C, Clinical Director of Worcester Youth and Family Counseling Services. Cost is $20.00 for four sessions or $8.00 for drop-ins.
